I wonder how effective the message was?
I mean, the totally inebreated types are notorious for either not reading, or being able to read/comprehend, considering their state of intoxication...
Now if you mounted a metal plate on the wall and electrified it. . .

I'm from Trinidad, West Indies, and it seems that peeing on walls of businesses is a national passtime. Almost anywhere in the country you will see exactly that, hand-painted signs (sometiese official signs)imploring the fellas not to pee on the wall. My favourite is "Do not urine here!"
