RATM has always had lyrics that, to me, are kind of opaque, if not outright pointless. Looking up the context of this quote doesn't help...I can't even determine whether "work" is a noun or verb in this illiterate sentence fragment. Honestly, Mike, this is your first quote selection that I really question: it sounds like it's trying to say something deep, but it comes across more like something written by an English-as-a-Second-Language flunkout.
It's a dig at racists on police forces, NWTPG.
Rage is definitely an acquired taste, but they had moments of angry brilliance that rivalled the MC5.
OK, so it's missing two words, as in "some of those that work [on police] forces." Not Rage at their best....
